Boxing Day 2016 Survey

Feedback for services operated on Boxing Day 2016

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (incorporating Metro) funded a number of bus services to run on Boxing Day, 26 December 2016. 

Following this, a survey was conducted providing the opportunity for customers to comment on these services and offer suggestions for the future. The survey has now closed and the results are being analysed. The feedback gained will be used to influence and improve the running of services on Boxing Day 2017.
