Wakefield freecitybus links key locations around Wakefield city centre including Westgate rail station, Wakefield One council building, Kirkgate rail station, Wakefield bus station, shops and retail parks. Shopping points include Trinity and The Ridings Centre, Ings Road, Cathedral and Westgate Retail and Leisure Parks.
Covid Vaccinations at The Spectrum Community Health Centre CIC - Wakefield Free City Bus now serves the Spectrum Community Healthcare CIC, stop 4A, near The Hepworth Gallery, every 10 minutes from Wakefield Westgate and Kirkgate rail stations and Wakefield Bus Station.
Buses run every 10 - 12 minutes from 7.30am to 6.36pm Monday to Friday and between 8.30am and 5pm Saturdays. All journeys on the Wakefield freecitybus are free. Each vehicle is fully accessible and can carry one wheelchair at a time.
