I have received my pass, why it is not for the route I requested?

There may be several reasons for this…

1 - Check to see if the routes to your school have been re-numbered and/or re-routed. Either look at the timetables listed on the A to Z school finder or monitor the service changes pages.

2 - You may have applied for an incorrect service and we have allocated you to the correct one.

3 - The service you applied for is at full capacity so we have allocated you to the next suitable route.
