Travel assistance cards
Let transport staff know if you need extra assistance when travelling
Travel Assistance Cards have been designed to help people using public transport who have certain health conditions, are older or disabled. They can be particularly helpful for people with hidden disabilities such as visual impairments or learning disabilities, and for people who are afraid of falling.
You can use the card to let the bus driver know about any requirements you may have when getting on the bus.
COVID-19. In line with Government guidance face coverings are required for travelling on public transport unless you are exempt. - Or take a digital photo and keep it on your mobile device.
- When you get on a bus or train, hold the card up to let the driver, conductor or station staff know what help you need.
