West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan

Local Authorities in England produce and regularly update Local Transport Plans (LTPs). LTPs identify priorities for maintaining and improving local transport systems, based on the needs and wants of residents and organisations in the region, and put forward plans for how they will be achieved. These improvements are then given funding to be put into action.
