There is an intermittent fault with the Yournextbus on-street displays where scheduled times are sometimes shown for a journey when the vehicle is being tracked and predictions are available on SMS, web and wap outputs.

The effect is that on-street displays are showing more scheduled times than usual.

This fault has been under investigation by the system supplier and a temporary fix went live on 30 June.

The temporary fix has improved the situation, however there are still less predicted times on displays than are available on SMS, web and wap outputs. The system supplier is working on a permanent fix for this issue. Metro apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Radio coverage issues in the northeast Leeds area are resulting in the system failing to consistently track some vehicles. This has led to the temporary removal of the bus stop display at Wetherby Bus Station. Alternative radio base station locations are being investigated.
