New Pudsey Bus Station development continues

Changes to bus stops & Market Place traffic flow.

Pudsey layoutStage 3 of work on Pudsey’s new bus station started on Sunday 12 September 2010.

In this third and final stage of the project, the traffic flow around Market Place has been reversed and some bus stopping arrangements changed.

All bus services using stands T1 and T2, currently in Market Place, have now been relocated into the new bus station Bus services will continue to use stop P4 (outside the Library) and stop T3 (outside the Post Office) in Church Lane as normal.

Due to be completed in November the new, £2.5m Pudsey Bus Station will be a facility in line with Metro's other modern, award-winning West Yorkshire bus stations. Fully accessible with an enclosed waiting area, it will have a real-time departure information and CCTV monitored 24 hours a day.
