From Monday 14 June there will be a further change to bus stopping
arrangements in Pudsey as part of Metro's work to provide the town
with a new bus station.
From that date all services using stop P5 outside Boots will
relocate to temporary stop T3 outside the Post Office. These
changes will allow for essential highway alterations to take place
on Church Lane.
Additionally Arriva service 205, which is currently using stop
T3 will move to T2 next to the park entrance. Buses using stop P4
outside the Library on Church Lane as normal will continue to do
so, unchanged.
Metro has put new posters on display in
the area to help make passengers aware of the new arrangements
before they are introduced on Monday.

Pudsey's bus station on Market Place closed in February 2010, so
that work on its replacement could get underway.
Work on the Metro and Leeds City Council project, which will
mean Pudsey has a facility in line with Metro's other modern,
award-winning West Yorkshire bus stations like Brighouse, which
opened just over a year ago.
When it is completed later this year, the £3m project will
provide passengers with higher levels of comfort and security. It
will be fully accessible, will include an enclosed waiting area
together with real-time electronic information and CCTV which will
be monitored 24 hours a day.
