Buses will begin using all six stands at Metro’s completely refurbished Brighouse Bus Station on Sunday 10 May.
In line with Metro’s modern, award-winning bus stations across West Yorkshire, the new £2.38m facility will provide passengers with more comfortable and safer enclosed waiting areas, new seating and lighting, real-time electronic passenger information, 24-hour CCTV surveillance, and additional footpaths and pedestrian crossings.
All bus and coach services will use stands A to F before 8pm and night stands N1 and N2 after 8pm.
Posters showing passengers where to catch their bus or coach will be displayed in the bus station. Leaflets will also be available from Brighouse Library, Brighouse Health Centre and local Sainsbury and Wilkinson stores.
