A new rail station, with park and ride facilities for (initially) 300 cars, on the Harrogate line between Headingley and Horsforth, providing Park & Ride access from the nearby Leeds Outer Ring Road.

The new station will improve local access to the rail network in conjunction with a proposed housing development site. In addition the new station should relieve some of the current parking congestion related to Horsforth station.
