How Metro consults with its customers and key stakeholders.

Metro’s mission statement is to be “the driving force co-ordinating the provision and development of high quality public transport services for everybody within West Yorkshire.

We seek to achieve this through partnership with key stakeholders and the general public.

Metro consults with and involves its partners, using the results to help prioritise, develop and measure services, and inform the decision-making process.
