Our small and friendly contact centre provides a telephone
information service to the public regarding bus and train times in
West Yorkshire and processes customer feedback. We are looking for
someone who understands the importance of providing excellent
customer service.
If you are patient, flexible and helpful and have a good
telephone manner with a commitment to customer care then we want to
hear from you. Geographic knowledge of the region would be an
advantage but we will provide you with thorough training.
This is based on 37 hours per week on a shift rota system.
