The Integrated Ticketing Administrator will undertake a varied
range of clerical tasks within the Concessions & Integrated
Ticketing Section which include computer input of prepaid ticket
sales and revenue data from agents' sales returns. You will deal
with account queries and discrepancies, ticket stocks, and the
upkeep of files and records. You will also answer enquiries from
the general public both face to face and by telephone and provide
relief cover for Travel Centres when necessary.
Applicants should be numerate, possess excellent clerical and
keyboard skills, have a flexible approach to work and have a
commitment to customer care.
