We are looking for a part time enthusiastic and customer focused
individual to work within our busy Education Call Centre. You will
be the first point of contact to parents, students and drivers
providing information and will log queries and complaints regarding
the service.
You will also provide admin support to the Education Transport
team. We're looking for a patient and flexible team player who is
committed to providing excellent customer service.
Applicants must have well developed keyboard skills and be good
at communicating, particularly by telephone.
