Tenders: Pre-qualification questionnaires

Pre-qualification questionnaires are designed to provide Metro with the information required to assess an applicant’s suitability to be included in the list of tenderers for projects. Metro carries out a thorough, objective evaluation based on its own criteria.

Questionnaires can be accessed using Metro's tendering system, VAULT. This is part of a complete tendering package called DELTA, run by BiP Solutions Ltd.

You must register at www.delta-ets.com and click the 'Register Now' button. Follow the instructions and register in the drop down box as a supplier. You will receive a username and password from BiP which will allow you to log in to the system.
