Metro invites and receives tenders through an internet-based tendering system known as DELTA
To be considered for inclusion in the list of tenderers for projects, applicants must submit a completed pre-qualification questionnaire.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to satisfy Metro that applicants have the capacity and technical ability to supply goods or carry out work described in the questionnaire. Applications are scored on the basis of skill, competence, integrity, financial standing and responsibility.

How to register
You will need to register at www.delta-esourcing.com (new window) and click the 'Register Now' button. Follow the instructions and register as a supplier in the drop-down menu.
You will receive a username and password which will allow you to log in to the system.
Metro advertises tender opportunities in one or more of the following: Contracts Finder, OJEU, local newspaper (typically Yorkshire Post) and appropriate trade journals. Each advert will give details of a code that will be required in order to gain access to a specific tenderbox.
