Replacing lost, stolen or damaged Senior Passes
Lost passes
There is a £5 fee to issue replacements for lost Senior Passes. This charge applies to Metro-issued English National Concessionary Scheme (ENCS) passes.
You can order a replacement by visiting:
- A Bus Station Travel Centre (Travel Centre locations)
- The First Travel Shop in Leeds
- Leeds Visitor Centre within Leeds Rail Station.
Travel Centre staff will confirm you are on the ENCS database before ordering your replacement Senior Pass. If you are not on the ENCS database, you will have to re-apply for your Senior Pass.
Can't get to a Travel Centre?
Replace by post
If you can't get to a Travel Centre, please write to Metro with:
- Your full name and address
- Telephone number
- Cheque or postal order for £5, made payable to 'Metro'.

Damaged Senior Passes
If your pass has been damaged through natural wear and tear, you can order a replacement free of charge by taking it to:
- A Bus Station Travel Centre
- First Travel Shop in Leeds
- Leeds Visitor Centre in Leeds Rail Station.
If your pass has been defaced you will have to pay a £5 replacement fee.
Alternatively, post the damaged Senior Pass to us, including your name, full address and telephone number, to:

Stolen Senior Passes
If your Metro-issued ENCS Senior Pass has been stolen, report it to the police. They will give you a crime reference number. Take this to a Travel Centre, or phone MetroLine on 0113 245 7676 to order a replacement. There is no charge for this.
