    Where to buy your ticket

    MetroDay tickets

    MetroDay and HalfMetroDay tickets are bought from the bus driver for same-day travel. If you're buying the MetroDay scratch-off ticket for use on a future date, you can get them from:

    • Bradford Interchange
    • Bus stations at Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield, Keighley, Leeds & Wakefield.
    • First Travel Shop Leeds
    • Leeds Visitor Centre and some Tourist Information Centres
    • Most Post Offices in West Yorkshire.

    DayRover tickets

    DayRover tickets come in two types, scratch-off or pre-dated, depending on when you want to travel.

     

    Family DayRover and Train & Bus DayRover can be bought from:

     

    • Bradford Interchange
    • Bus stations at Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield, Keighley, Leeds & Wakefield.
    • First Travel Shop Leeds
    • Leeds Visitor Centre and some Tourist Information Centres

    Train-only DayRovers and Concessionary DayRovers are available from staffed rail stations or on the train if the ticket office is closed. They are not available from Travel Centres or Post Offices.

     

    Where can you use your DayRover?

    DayRover tickets can be used on all buses showing the Metro logo, and on trains in standard class, between any station on West Yorkshire's rail network. You can use your DayRover to travel by train to destinations beyond West Yorkshire by paying the extra train fare at the booking office before boarding trains whenever possible.
