Which ticket should you buy?
You can choose to travel by bus, by train, or combine bus and train.
Adult Train & Bus and Family DayRover tickets are valid after 9.30am Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and public holidays. The bus-only MetroDay ticket is valid at all times of day.
MetroDay - valid all day
MetroDay bus ticket can be bought from the bus driver and is valid on all West Yorkshire bus services at any time.

About the ticket
MetroDay tickets are available on the bus from the driver.
All other DayRover tickets come in two forms - scratch-off or pre-dated - depending on when you want to travel.

Adult bus-only MetroDay tickets are bought from the bus driver.
Other DayRover tickets are available from:
- Bradford Interchange, Dewsbury Bus Station, Halifax Bus Station, Huddersfield Bus Station, Keighley Bus Station, Leeds Bus Station and Wakefield Bus Station
- All staffed rail stations in West Yorkshire (Rail DayRovers & Rail & Bus Dayrovers only. Bus-only DayRovers are not sold at rail stations).
- Most post offices in West Yorkshire
- Leeds Visitor Centre, Leeds Corn Exchange and some Tourist Information Centres.
