DayRover tickets give you the freedom to choose how and when you want to travel.
You can buy a DayRover for travel on a specific day or a ticket that enables you to choose your date of travel. You can choose to travel by bus, by train or by bus and train and you can decide to go it alone or enjoy a family day out.
DayRovers mean you can start out as early as you want at weekends and on public holidays, and after 09.30am on normal weekdays.

DayRover tickets come in two forms, Scratch Off and Pre-dated, depending upon when you want to travel.

On the day you want to use the ticket, simply scratch off the day, date and month and year and seal it with the protective overlay. Scratch Off tickets are not sold at rail outlets.
- Pre-dated tickets (Family, Train & Bus, Train DayRovers) are sold at rail stations. You can buy them on the day of use or in advance if you know when you want to travel. You can even buy your Train DayRover on the train if there is no booking office open.
