Use
Simply show your MetroCard and PhotoCard to the driver when boarding your bus or to the ticket inspector at the station or conductor on-board the train when asked.
If your MetroCard covers only part of your journey, you will need to pay any additional fare at the start of your journey. If you start your journey at a train station with an open ticket office, you must buy your ticket before boarding - no discounted fares are available from the conductor.
Company Annual Metrocards
Cards at discounted rates are available to employers who purchase Annual MetroCards in bulk. Further discounts are available for employers who have a Travel plan. Please call 0113 251 7275 for further information.
Exclusions
MetroCard cannot be used on NightRider services, football or concert specials, long-distance coaches, excursions, tours, contract, chartered or other privately hired bus or train services.
