- On the phone in our call centre, MetroLine, on 0113 245 7676. Open 0700 to 2200 daily (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day).
- Real-time bus information via text message – text your bus stop number to 63876 (this spells METRO).
- Real-time bus information via the web on your phone or PDA – visit m.wymetro.com and type in your bus stop number or ‘More search options’ to search for your bus service or postcode.
- Real-time train information via text – for departure times text DEP (space) then station name to 84950 or for arrivals text ARR (space) station name to 84950.
- Face-to-face in one of Travel Centres across West Yorkshire.
Metro can also offer you discounts if you travel regularly, with MetroCard. You can choose from bus or bus and train which include different zones, and last for a week, month, 3 months or a year. Pre-purchasing your ticket can save you money, time and hassle. And if your employer is part of the Travel Plan Network you could be entitled to a 15% discount!
