Metro has worked with local bus operators to organise two bus services to call at the John Charles Centre for Sport and new Aquatics Centre, which opened on Monday 29 October 2007.

Arriva service 481 -  running between Leeds and Wakefield Bus Stations - now calls every hour at the Centre between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Saturday (9am until 10pm on Sundays).

First service 76 – running between Leeds City Centre’s Park Row and Middleton – calls every hour at the Centre between 7:30am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Timetable leaflets for services 481 and 76 can be downloaded from this site and are available from staffed bus stations.

Leeds City Council has confirmed that the Aquatic Centre’s main swimming pool and other facilities are open as normal.The opening of the diving pool has been delayed due to a mechanical problem.
