Metro can help you get out and about, enjoy the best that West Yorkshire has to offer over half-term, and save you money too.
West Yorkshire DayRover tickets are accepted on virtually every bus service in the county. Family DayRovers cost just £7.50, and give up to two adults and up to three children (or up to three concessionary permit holders) the freedom of West Yorkshire's bus & train network all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, and after 9.30am Monday to Friday.
You can find a great range of places to go and things to do on our Events page - updated daily - on this web site. And you plan your journey from your door to your destination using our Journey Planner, to places like the visitor centre at Standedge Tunnel (Marsden), Xscape (Glasshoughton), Eureka! (Halifax), the Bronte Parsonage (Haworth) or the Royal Armouries (Leeds).
And the annual Valentine's Funfair is on at Elland Road, Leeds, which has bus stops right outside the ground, or you could travel further afield to Settle, Carlisle and Morcambe for just £7.
MetroConnect services connect the centres of Otley, Hebden Bridge, Slaithwaite, Ilkley and Sowerby Bridge with the surrounding countryside - some services run as Taxibuses and can be pre-booked to take you up to half a mile off the normal route.
Other rural services connect Holmfirth with Marsden, Todmorden and Keighley, Hebden Bridge with Widdop Reservoir and Otley with Wetherby, as well as local services around Marsden and the Holme Valley.
