Located opposite Leeds Bus Station, West Yorkshire Playhouse can easily be reached by public transport.

Leeds Travel Centre Over 1,000 buses and coaches call at the Bus Station every day and additionally, services 28, 49, 50, 50A, 56 and 88 to and from a range of destination including Adel, Bramley, Headingley, Horsforth, Moor Grange and Pudsey call at the bus stop close to the West Yorkshire Playhouse on Eastgate (stop F1).

Monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the system has resulted in a decline in vandalism, damage and anti-social behaviour. Operators have also been able to prevent crimes as well as respond to events such as medical emergencies and accidents.
