The 80s musical The Wedding Singer will be coming to the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford from Monday 23 June to Saturday 28 June.
Singer Jonathan Wilkes plays Robbie Hart, a wedding singer and wannabe rock star who sinks into a deep depression when he is jilted at the altar by his high school sweetheart. All that changes when he meets waitress Julia Sullivan who will be played by Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps' actress Natalie Casey.
Julia is also set to get married and asks Robbie to help her plan the big day. However, when the pair realise they have fallen for each other, things begin to get complicated.
Based on the 1998 comedy film, Ms Casey and Mr Wilkes will be taking on the roles made famous by Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler.
As 1980's fashion and music enjoys a resurgence, The Wedding Singer will be a fun night out for all hopeless romantics.
