Over the past six years, Metro has replaced and refurbished seven of the 23 bus stations and transport interchanges it owns and runs in West Yorkshire. In the last few years Metro built three brand new bus stations at Ossett, Batley and Cleckheaton.
More West Yorkshire passengers than ever before are now able to enjoy modern covered waiting concourses which segregate passengers and moving vehicles, 24-hour monitored CCTV, improved lighting, seating, passenger information and real time electronic departure information from Metro's high-quality award winning facilities.
Metro is planning new bus stations at Pudsey and Brighouse and a major new bus and rail interchange at Castleford.
