WYTESA Conference

A conference on developing a quality culture within the transport sector.

To compete alongside other sectors the transport industry needs to develop a culture in which quality is key.

WYTESA logoWest Yorkshire Transport Education and Skills Alliance (WYTESA) is organising a conference that looks at how the transport sector is portrayed and perceived in the classroom, in the further education environment and in the workplace.

Using actualisation techniques this conference will explore ways in which award-winning quality cultures could be applied to, and benefit, organisations or companies.

Guest speakers will share best practice and their experiences of implementing a ‘can-do’ culture within their organisations.  And delegates will be provided with key research on recruitment and retention issues within the industry.

The conference takes place at the Leeds Royal Armouries on Thursday 23 September 2004, from 10am to 3.30pm

The cost for this one-day conference is just £110 (+VAT)
